Privacy Policy

We don't collect, store, or share any of your data. Everything stays on your device.
Data Collection
Bloom does not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- No account creation — Bloom does not require or support user accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, or social login.
- No server communication — Bloom does not send any data to any server. The app works entirely offline.
- No analytics or tracking — Bloom does not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or advertising frameworks.
- No third-party services — Bloom does not integrate with any third-party data processors.
Data Storage
All data you enter into Bloom — including your name, cycle information, symptom logs, mood entries, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not backed up to any cloud service by Bloom
- Is not accessible to the developers of Bloom
- Is not shared with any third party
Note: Your device's built-in backup features (such as iCloud Backup or Google Backup) may include Bloom's locally stored data as part of a full device backup. This is controlled by your device settings, not by Bloom.
Data You Provide
When you use Bloom, you may enter the following types of information, all stored locally on your device only:
- Your name (optional, used for personalized greetings)
- Cycle length and period length preferences
- Last period start date
- Daily symptom logs (flow intensity, physical symptoms, moods, intimacy, notes)
Data Deletion
You can delete all of your data at any time by:
- Using the "Reset all data" option in the Settings screen within the app
- Uninstalling the app from your device
Either action will permanently remove all Bloom data from your device.
Children's Privacy
Bloom does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since Bloom does not collect any data at all, no special provisions for children's data are necessary.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, the updated version will be included in the next app update. Since Bloom collects no data, significant changes to this policy are unlikely.
